Hopping on and off was really easy, with buses always on time

The English commentary is good but the bus route is long with some big gaps between notable sites so there is quite a lot of music between comments

It was definitely better than red line. Better route, explanations and descriptions of the itinerary were good. Drivers should pay attention when they go through the stops. Some of them seem to go through without stopping to take the tourists waiting for the bus. It happened to me at the Monumento de Los Españoles.

El personal fue súper amable. El recorrido fue excelente y la audioguía también. Ten en cuenta que los autobuses suelen estar llenos. Es mejor ir por la mañana.

Super consigliato, soprattutto da fare il primo giorno per farsi un’idea generale della città. Gli auricolari con le spiegazioni disponibili anche in italiano. Siamo scesi per una passeggiata a Recolata e una guida, Mara, ci ha portato in giro per il quartiere raccontandoci storia e aneddoti. Esperienza super

Great experience

The tour itself was wonderful. Great sites and very informative. However, despite the website and vouchers saying you use the QR code at any stop 1 driver said that was incorrect but let us on. 1 driver just tried to completely scam us trying to saying the voucher wasn’t a purchase and we had to buy tickets through him to be let on the bus. Once he realized we spoke Spanish he changed up real quick

We only got off twice because there was so much wasted time waiting for a next bus that was often full so we’d have to wait for another. We didn’t even make it around the whole circuit because of this. I’m sure you have a way to limit the number of tickets purchased everyday to prevent this from happening. Very poorly run.
