This was a great tour! And the physical map was my constant go to for my time in BA.
The tour was extensive with 24 stops and the full loop being 3 hours was great to see all the sites and build a further plan for the rest of your stay and where you wanted to explore more. The audio guide was great too, super informative. This is a must on your first day to get your bearings. Cost was also a little less than Get your guide and other companies.
100% recommend this tour.

Paper map was helpful. Route and audio very good.
Did not understand why bus stopped for many minutes at multiple stops.

Frequency was lower than expected. At the cruise port we had to wait for 40 minutes at nine in the morning. Losing valuable time. But the most irritating thing, it is very hard to find the bus-stops. A Lott of the the stops don’t have a clear sign.

The audio system cut in and out sp parts of information was not heard. Not a waterproof bus when it rains.
