A lot depends on the specific bus. Some buses are new and the staff is very friendly, but on one bus the upper door was jammed at the top so that both drivers had to get on so that we could get out.

This tour was awesome and very convenient goes through key points around the city and the guidance is very complete and interesting. I would definitely do it again

We went on this tour during a sunny day and it’s good to have a hat, sunscreen lotion and water if you site outside. There is so much to see in Buenos Aires, taking this tour saved us time. However, the guide is not always synchronized whit the sitings. But it’s worth it!

good tour of the city. Staff helpful and friendly. Only thing that could be improved is the map - should be more detailed to enable passengers to easily find the bus stops.

We enjoyed our two days using the Gray line bus tour. On our second day it would have been better if they didn't have the sliding roof closed even when it wasn't raining. I imagine it can be open and shut quite quickly.
