Thorough route of the city and surrounds. Saw most attractions we had on our list. Best way to see the city especially from the top deck. If anything negative, the traffic was heavy and the route was well over 4 hours. If you plan to hop off to spend some time at a stop or two then it's a whole day activity. We found the route vast including everything but for us it was too long. Could be better splitting over two days or maybe the route itself could be broken into two routes. Recommended but plan in Full day if you want to get off at some stops.

A lot to see. The seats on the bus were a bit uncomfortable for sitting on it a long time.

Very enjoyable. I recommend having clear signs for all of the stops, not just most of them (some of them we were guessing where the stops were and missed the bus on one occasion); and to have a timetable in the sightseeing guide so people know when the service starts and ends - we ended up walking ages because the journey had ended where (and at a time) we were not expecting.

The boat ride is not what we expected. There is not much to see. Plus on the bus on the back they did stop 11 and then it was stop 24. Where were all the other stops in between and it was only 03h00pm not 05h30..

Long wait for buses to arrive not 20 minutes as advertised 3 stops missed without any explanation or information given as to why

Disconcerting when internal communication when arriving at a stop was so loud you couldn’t hear the information about where you were on the earphones. Another trip had information on stop 24 when actually we were at stop 12. But value for money when buying a ticket for more than 1 day!

We were able to discover the city in a more enjoyable way by bike, we recommend it, Nicolas was very friendly and attentive to customers, very good quality of service, it was a pleasure to meet him.
