The boat ride is not what we expected. There is not much to see. Plus on the bus on the back they did stop 11 and then it was stop 24. Where were all the other stops in between and it was only 03h00pm not 05h30..

Long wait for buses to arrive not 20 minutes as advertised 3 stops missed without any explanation or information given as to why

Disconcerting when internal communication when arriving at a stop was so loud you couldn’t hear the information about where you were on the earphones. Another trip had information on stop 24 when actually we were at stop 12. But value for money when buying a ticket for more than 1 day!

We were able to discover the city in a more enjoyable way by bike, we recommend it, Nicolas was very friendly and attentive to customers, very good quality of service, it was a pleasure to meet him.

Driver was crazy. Speeding and hitting side barrier at one point. Hit by some small branches when seated on top level. Driver spoke over recorded information frequently causing us to miss the dialogue. .

A good tour, with commentary in English. However, an enormous amount of time was spent standing at stops. The route also deviated from that shown on the map.

Very friendly staff, bus was comfortable and the tour was full of good info/interesting sites.
