Excellent tour getting overall view of entire city. Went a complete round then came back and hopped off and on when we wanted!

We were on Hop several times over two days, and it never stopped at 15, 16, 17, 18, or 19. And many of the stop numbers did not match the paper map. It was confusing at times. The personnel were excellent.

Need updated pamphlets as the route maps in quite a few of the cases were not matching with the commentary

Very good the staff were very helpful although there was some mix up with red/yellow/gray bus but it got sorted out.

Stops were good, bus design is fine. Audio system was lacking on our bus, and it takes forever to get across the city

We had to wait a long time for buses, 2 times they were full and we ended up walking

Buses ran very regularly . The audio was clear. Staff super helpful both on and off the buses!

Excessive time spent stopped at numerous stops, seemingly to just kill time. Lots of time where there was no information provided over the headsets and just music to fill the time. Much more information could have been provided about the buildings, neighborhood, city, or country. Lots of technical issues with the audio system and headset hardware. About every 15 minutes the audio would go out for a short time and/or the headset cord needed to be wiggled to regain full connectivity.

Thorough tour of the City. Narration was informative, but not always in sync. Enclosed area was very cold.
