- Please provide your Hotel name at the time of making the booking.
- Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.
- We encourage you to give us the local contact, email or mobile as our customer service duty is to reconfirm and give accurate information
- If your pick-up address or the area where your hotel is located is not suitable for the tour vehicle's entry, your tour guide will send you the meeting point closest to your address a day before.
- Hotels in the neighbourhood do not include pick up and drop off. Please travel by your own means to receive transfers from a nearby hotel.
- Schedule for Pick up: from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
