Itinerary
Between pine forests, gravel roads and pollution-free air, La Cumbrecita is one of the most popular destinations in the Cordoba mountains. The journey continues as we cross the four tributary rivers of Lake Los Molinos, with mountain landscapes opening up around us at every turn. We pass through the peaceful towns of Potrero de Garay and Los Reartes, before beginning the ascent through the majestic Sierras Grandes. A coniferous forest greets us with a postcard-worthy scene, and not far ahead lies the picturesque Villa Berna.
At last, we reach La Cumbrecita, a unique alpine-style village and one of the few places in the world that is completely pedestrianized. The peaceful atmosphere and surrounding nature make it a true escape. Here we explore its most emblematic corners, from the refreshing La Olla spa to the historic La Cumbrecita hotel and the ecumenical chapel. Every step reveals a place that feels both timeless and inviting. Later, the road leads us to Villa General Belgrano, a town steeped in Central European tradition.
