not so many air conditions in the buses as it shoud be. in the hot sunny days this is a torture on the top level of the bus because the opened windows do not work well. the app works mainly ok, but has some bugs and sometimes you can miss the bus because of the incorrect data on app map.

I booked online which was good. But we had trouble finding the bus stops as it was not totally clear. Once on the bus it was great. The green line had just been opened so we did that too. It was a shame we were not allowed off the bus at the highest point.

This is a very good way to visit and learn about important attractions in a city; cars circulate every 20 to 30 minutes to help tourists reach the attractions, and there are multi-language audio guides with headphones. The driver is also kind and friendly and answers all questions
