The experience would have been better if there would have been a screen in the bus which would inform of the next sight. There were also many sights which did not have any audio presentation at all.

A good way to visit or/and learn thinks about the history of vienna and many important sightseeing. It would be better if the 3 bus rides didn't stop early afternoon.

It is not made clear that if you show your online booking and then get a printed receipt on the bus, from that point you gave to use the printed receipt only. Also, one of the agents around schwedenplatz was really quite rude, talking to us as if we were stupid for not knowing that.

Redemption information are mentioned on our tour page under "Redemption Information" Mobile vouchers and printed vouchers are accepted at all stops. You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour. Please check your ticket to know when it expires. After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid. We are sorry for the ground staff behavior. We will take it up with our local partner. Best Regards
