Redemption Info
On selected dates, the concerts take place in the Great Gallery or in the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace, in the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre or other concert halls in Vienna.
You must be at the meeting point by 8:00pm for the concert.

Please note: the Christmas market can only be visited before the concert. Therefore, be sure to plan enough time within the opening hours of the Christmas market.
After the concert has ended, there will be sufficient taxis available at the entrance to the Schönbrunn Orangery. The underground leaves in five to eight-minute intervals until midnight.
Drinks and food are not allowed inside the concert arena; they can only be consumed in the bar area.
Strollers are not allowed within the performance hall. By arrangement, it can be left in the cloakroom.
The concerts are performed in Vienna's Schönbrunn Palace Theatre, the White-Gold Room or the Great Gallery on specific occasions.
The concert seating is indicated by the categories. The front, middle, and back regions are constituted by the classifications VIP, A, B, and C.
There is a concert bar in each of our performance rooms where patrons can enjoy a variety of beverages both before and during the intermission.
Coats, jackets, and other outerwear, along with large backpacks and umbrellas, are required to be checked in at the cloakroom. The cloakroom requires immediate payment. There is a fee.
It is not permissible to record music, images, videos, or any other kind of media during the show.Before or after the show, you are free to take personal photos.
Category A includes a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at our concert bar per person
Category VIP includes priority access ("skip the line") at both the concert bar and the entrance to the concert hall, a refreshing welcome drink before the concert, seats in the front rows, free coat check, an exclusive VIP program booklet, and a glass of sparkling wine.
Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
