Visitors are kindly requested to respect the instructions of the Security Staff.
Please note that the entrance to the Argentina National Park is not included. You can purchase your ticket at the window, before entering or in advance on the WEBSITE
When you visit a National Park with paid access, you must present your ID or passport at the ticket office. The address stated in this documentation will be the only determining factor to establish your visitor category and the value of the access ticket.
The Boat Ride may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
Please be advised that the minimum age to participate in this tour is 12 years old.
This tour is not recommended for Pregnant Women, for people with heart/lung diseases, or who have had any surgery or neurological disorder in recent months, for people with physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities and any person with reduced mobility who cannot respond to a potential emergency in the fast-moving waters of the lower Iguazú River.

- If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 72 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
