The staff were so helpful and nice. I asked so many questions and everyone made us feel right at home.

The young lady who was the customer rep on our bus was very friendly/knowledgeable & gave us a lot of local information to help us enjoy Toronto better plus timings too make the most of the hop on/off service. The man upstairs on the PA system had indepth knowledge of the route & the history of the city which was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed your service & would do it all again the next time we get to visit your lovely city.

We had purchased online and tried to hop on at a stop along the route with our electronic tickets. We waited at Stop 4 indicated on the map route and saw the bus turn a block before our stop. We then walked to Stop 6 only to see the bus go straight through an intersection the map indicated it should turn toward us. As we has purchased tickets, we then took public transit to Stop 1. I explained to the agent at the booth that we had waited at 2 separate stops on their map and that the bus did not follow the indicated route. She was dismissive and waved us off saying that there are signs at the stops and we'd see them when we the bus stopped. We took the tour despite already being disappointed. The tour itself was informative and the guide was friendly. We got off at Stop 4 and there was no signage visible.

We did the hop on hop off bus tour and it was a great way to see downtown Toronto and its hidden gems. Lovely hosts and tour guides. I would for sure recommend this to other friends and family!
