Guests should meet their Gray Line guide at the bus stop and look for Gray Line signage. We kindly ask that all guests arrive and be ready 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time.

- Voucher Information: Mobile and Paper Voucher are accepted !
- Wheelchair Accessibility: No; however, Strollers and Prams are allowed on the tour
- Dress for the weather as you'll step off the coach for photo stops
- Please carry your Passport/ID card on the day of travel.
- Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Seasonal note:
- Niagara City Cruises runs roughly May–Nov; dates vary by weather. When the boat isn’t operating, we substitute Journey Behind the Falls. If the boat is running on your date, you’ll do the boat. Journey is only used when the boat stops.
- Vehicle type is subject to change based on passenger volumes.
Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
