The hop on of bus was okay, missing was a actual guide person, the audio was not good also their was music in and out it was not interactive, the boat was EXCELLENT the tour guide person was very good spoke in French and translated in English it was fabulous she ask if we had any questions etc..

1st initial pickup was good. 2nd bus was overcrowded and we had to stand,not very enjoyable. The tour was good but that was the bad spot, need a conductor to monitor the bus as no one should be standing as cannot plugin headset.
