Food only fair, extra 10$ for beef not disclosed before trip, extra charge for water, only bottled available, Eiffle chocolate dessert terrible. Service only fair.

Absolutely shocking experience. The buses are not requent enough. Too many tickets sold so buses crowded. Mist of the time we were squashed downstairs, stood up with no access to the earbud info. That's if you were lucky enough to even get on a bus as loads turned away. 2 buses stopped for 20-30 mins. Once as someone had a ticket issue and another so the driver could have a smoke break ?. I would never book this company again.
Die Attraktionen waren so aufregend für Jung und Alt. Sehr, sehr hilfsbereite Leute und Mitarbeiter! Die Lasershow war mega spannend und man muss sich Bustransporten anschließen wo sehr gut organisiert
Everything went perfectly! There isn't enough time throughout the day to feel all of that awe, but you enjoy it anyhow. It is a must-see attraction.
Very Nice trip! Busses arrives frequently and bus staff is very friendly! Toot bus is now full with passengers same as other hop on hop off busses, which I enjoyed! Back on track.
