To begin your meal, you will be served a tasty starter made with mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and Mediterranean focaccia bread with crispy basil chips. For the main course, you can choose from yellow chicken with a vegetable gratin and cherry tomatoes, soft steamed sea bass with spelt cream and herbs, or a tender piece of beef with potato soufflé, caramelized onions, and mushroom sauce. If you love cheese, you can also add a plate of mature French cheeses. The dessert is a sweet surprise called “L’Instant by Paris Seine,” featuring an Eiffel Tower-shaped chocolate treat and a red fruit cheesecake. Vegetarian guests will enjoy a special menu with a thin tart of green asparagus and truffle petals, followed by a warm dish of vegetables filled with the scents of Provence. The meal ends with a refreshing strawberry soup topped with pistachio crumble. For children, there is also a tasty menu that includes an Italian-style starter, chicken with vegetable gratin, and a dessert called Dame Eiffel with red fruit sauce.
