- You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at Arc du Carrousel du Musée du Louvre. Meet in front of the Louvre Pyramid, 75001 Paris.
- Nearest Metro: Tuileries, Pyramids.
- You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
- Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
- In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

- Large bags, strollers, and umbrellas must be left in the museum cloakroom.
- Please note that this tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.
- Elevators are not available during the tour.
