Your quirky guide will lead you through special effects and funny re-enactments that will either make you burst into laughter or jump in fright, sometimes both at once. As you delve deeper into the dungeons, you will learn about the infamous butcher Carl Grossmann and the shocking truth behind his sausages. Redemption Info

You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location Berlin Dungeon, 2,Spandauer Straße, 10178, Berlin.
Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information : E-tickets and printed tickets accepted.
Wheelchairs are allowed. However, electric wheelchairs are not permitted.
All shows except the River Raft Ride are wheelchair accessible. Maximum weight 220kg. Accessible toilets are available.
The Berlin Dungeon isn't suitable for visitors with nervous system diseases.
Shows in English are held daily at 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM.
Getting There:
-Metro: U2, U5 or U8 to Alexanderplatz
-S-Bahn, train or tram to Hackescher Markt or Alexanderplatz
-Bus: Lines 100, 200, TXL, M48 or Tram M4 M5 or M6 to Spandauer Str. / Marienkirche
Kids under the age of 8 are not admitted to the Berlin Dungeon. Children up to 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 
Ladies' and men's toilets, as well as toilets with wheelchair access, are located in the ticket office area.
Do not bring bulky luggage or suitcases into the attraction.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
The dragon ride closes at 15:30 hrs.

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
