Need better coordination, as we wasted time waiting for the new voucher , as the original voucher sent by email did not work or scan wasted one hour , we have large group of 40 pax stranded i the cold waiting for the new voucher

5.0 City Tour Frankfurt: Roundtrip Panoramic Bus Tour (1 Hour)
Use a digital pass to make it easy to book. It's very convenient to use on a smart phone. The staff was very friendly and personable. They told us about some of the places we might like and how the tour worked. Thank you for having a guide who could speak English! The wait time at the stops was very short. Commentary was good. It gave enough information to get a good sense of Frankfurt.
Because we had fun, even the staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing! I'll do it again in a heartbeat!
