Your journey begins as you head to the south slope of the Acropolis, where your adventure truly begins. As you walk up the hill, take in the sights of the Dionysus Sanctuary and the Dionysus Theater, early examples of Athens' rich cultural history. As you reach the Acropolis, have your camera ready to capture the iconic monuments. A visit to the Acropolis is incomplete without admiring the Parthenon. It is the most lavish temple built by the ancient Greeks for Goddess Athena, built in the 5th century. Your guide will take you through the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, and the Pedestal of Agrippa, sharing fascinating stories and historical insights along the way.

After descending from the Acropolis, you will venture into the historic Plaka district. Here, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time as you explore Anafiotika, the charming and quiet neighborhood with its narrow alleys, whitewashed mansions, and beautiful views. Continuing through Plaka, you will arrive at the Bathhouse of the Winds, the last remaining public bath from the Turkish period in Athens. Located near the Roman Forum and the Tower of the Winds, this site offers a glimpse into the city’s past under Ottoman rule.

The tour concludes at Monastiraki Square, one of the oldest and most vibrant squares in Athens. It is one of the oldest surviving squares in the city.
