Start your adventure with a scenic 30-40-minute walk to the edge of the Sólheimajökull Glacier glacier. This approach lets you enjoy the beautiful Icelandic landscape while your guide prepares you for the glacier hike. You will receive a brief introduction to the safety procedures and learn how to use the provided equipment, including crampons and an ice axe.
