Itinerary

Embark on an extraordinary journey through Iceland's Golden Circle and Langjökull snowmobiling expedition, where you will experience two of the country's top attractions in one epic adventure!

Begin your adventure with a visit to Þingvellir National Park. This park is a UNESCO World Heritage site, renowned for its stunning natural beauty and historical importance. Here, you will stand at the birthplace of Icelandic democracy, where the first parliament was established over a thousand years ago. This is the birthplace of the longest-running parliament in the world. You will also witness the geological wonder of the rift valley, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet and drift apart, creating a dramatic landscape of fissures and cliffs.

Next, travel to Gullfoss, Iceland’s most iconic waterfall. As you approach, you will hear the thundering sound of water crashing down into a deep canyon. Gullfoss, meaning "Golden Falls," is a breathtaking sight with its two-tiered cascade creating a powerful and mesmerizing display. Take a moment to enjoy the panoramic views and capture stunning photos of this natural wonder. The beauty of Gullfoss will leave a lasting impression.

Continue your journey to the Geysir geothermal area, home to the famous Strokkur geyser. Here, you will experience the raw power of nature as you watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes, shooting boiling water high into the air. The area is filled with hot springs, bubbling mud pots, and steaming vents, providing a unique glimpse into Iceland’s geothermal activity. The name "geyser" originates from this location, making it a must-see on your tour.

In the afternoon, head to Langjökull, Iceland’s second-largest glacier, for an exhilarating snowmobile ride. No prior experience is needed as your expert guide will provide all the necessary equipment and instructions. Feel the adrenaline rush as you zoom across the vast, icy expanse of the glacier. The breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-covered landscape are unforgettable. This thrilling activity is the perfect way to conclude your Icelandic adventure.

After the excitement of snowmobiling, relax on the journey back to Reykjavík. Reflect on the day’s experiences and enjoy the scenic drive through the Icelandic countryside.
