We loved our tour. The driver drove well and was friendly. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and very pleasant. Genova has exceptional sites and we discovered things we didn't know existed. I was expecting the worst after some of the online reviews, but none of what some have reported happened - in fact the opposite was true.

I wish the bus would still pass the lanterna even if it was closed.

The busses drive to fast. So they are to loud and there is not enough time to make photos or to get a feeling for that what are to see.

The driver on the historic route @ 1530 on the 6 th Oct should have his license revoked. He seemed to accelerate into each pothole. Everyone on the bus just wanted to get off!! The coastal route on the 5th was much more comfortable.

The volume of the music in between could be lower, or even off. In any case repeating the songs after 10min is kind of brain wash after a while. A bit more content would have been nice,

The best way to visit the most iconic places, on a short getaway to explore the beautiful city. Both tours are very interesting. Highly recommended. The staff was very friendly.

Wir sind beide Routen gefahren, was insgesamt zu lang war. Denn sie überschneiden sich und haben nur wenige Stellen, die anders sind. Die Erklärungen machen nicht mit dem Zeitpunkt, wenn der Bus vorbei fährt. Die Zwischenmusik ist viel lauter als die gesprochenen Inhalte. Die Informationen, dass die Busse um 10:00 Uhr starten sind falsch. Insgesamt ist die Organisation schlecht. Die Haltestellen sind nicht gut gekennzeichnet. Fazit: Aus beiden Touren 1 machen und 10 Euroweniger. Dann würde es 5 Punkte geben.
