Nous avons fait les deux circuits et avons bien aimé voir les éléments importants du patrimoine de Genes, le personnel était sympathique

We paid for priority boarding passes and that was a total waste of money as there were long queues at every stop and no staff member to manage that process. Busses were mostly full all the time due to large cruise ships in port. Many of the ear phone ports were not operating

Mi è piaciuto molto il giro fatto, con entrambe le linee. Il problema è che ci sono tantissime pause musicali e una lunghissima parte in cui si parla del cibo italiano, di tutta Italia, e che, quindi, non ha molto a che vedere con il luogo. Magari sarebbe stato meglio intervallare o riempire i vuoti con aneddoti su Genova, sulla Liguria o parlare di personaggi famosi genovesi o vissuti a Genova.

Could improve on complete the full town tour. Two segments were omitted.
The priority boarding cost was well worth it as there were large queues at most stops.

We loved our tour. The driver drove well and was friendly. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and very pleasant. Genova has exceptional sites and we discovered things we didn't know existed. I was expecting the worst after some of the online reviews, but none of what some have reported happened - in fact the opposite was true.
