End of tour for every bus ends early and in one stop we have been waiting for more than 40min waiting for the time of scheduled arrival and nothing arrived.

Unfortunately it rained the two days we were there, this obscured views (obviously unavoidable) and the windows steamed up regularly. The audio was less interesting with no view. There are 4 bus routes but not all of them have regular buses and it was hard to sync up the times if you wanted to swap, and if you get off on some you are very limited with options to come back, particularly if you want to use multiple routes.

Easy to use the busy and to follow the times. The audio portion of the tour was lacking. Many/most of the seats did not work. Would be better with an app to listen on your phone.

one time we had to wait about 25 minutes because there was no bus driver. Another time our headphone jacks did not work for the whole ride so we missed all of the descriptions. And half the time we didn’t know what the narrator was talking about because the buildings and audio did not coincide.

We did 3 lines red, blue and yellow. There was quite a bit of overlap, especially in the commentary.

Overall is ok , but the station indication is not so good ! No station name on the station except those big tourist stop . Would be great if all stop name is being mention on the bus stand and announce by the bus driver or helper ! Otherwise is easy to miss the station without notice !!
