Milan Bus Tours Reviews

Love, love, loved the tour from Milan to Lake Como. A full day with multiple ferry rides and several lake villages to visit. The tour guides: Gabrielle and Paolo were great. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. Loved their insightful descriptions of the sights. Would book with this company in my future trip to Milan or other major Italian cities!

I felt the commentary and information was far too light.. needs to be more. Not enough buses

Die Online-Buchung war unkompliziert, Ticket für 2 auf dem Handy. Wir haben bei San siro geparkt und leider die Haltestelle dort nicht gefunden. Sie ist nicht an der Straße, sondern irgendwie zwischen Stadion und Parkplatz. Das war doof, darauf hin sind wir mit der Metro in die Stadt gefahren. Dort sind alle Linien an einer Stelle, super. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Im Bus selbst waren die Anschlüsse für die Kopfhörer in allen 4 Bussen auf unseren Plätzen defekt, wir wechselten auf andere Plätze, gleiches Spiel. Echt schade.
Manche Leute haben die Kopfhörer und die Verpackung und sonstigen Müll auf dem Boden entsorgt, bescheuert, es gibt Mülleimer im Bus . Auch finde ich es unverschämt, die Füße auf die Sitze zu stellen.
Aber alles in allem ein perfekter Tag in Mailand.

Good overview of the city

Great way to get an overview of the city and to see major landmarks that are located slightly farther out of the centre.

Good Experience.

The booking process itself was easy, but the ride was underwhelming. The settings on the speaker was wrong. English was indicated as number 2, but it was actually number 6. The majority of the ride had no commentary so sometimes had no idea what we were looking at.

The audioguide was not working in several busses. One Bus did not stopped when we want to go out.

Good - Clean buses
Bad - Information about Milan a bit disappointing. We went past so many buildings, statues and areas but given very little about the history or stories for them. Found the blue line the most interesting.

Overall the service is ok , just some of the staff is not that friendly ! May be she need to answer so many guest questions during this hot weather.
At the duomo station , is a bit mislead , as the bus always comes late and everyone just rush in the bus at the back door without line up ! As there is no indication where to line up or where to wait for . This is a bit messy . Most of the bus in blue line is fully equipped with air conditioning but some of the red line is still not , therefore is very hot inside the bus .
