Milan Bus Tours Reviews

Very good experience! We loved seeing the city from above. The buses were on time. They were a bit dirty though, with earphones from previous passengers plugged into the sockets.

Excellent

This was the best way to see the centre of Milan. We’re in our seventies and this was comfortable way to get a perspective of Milan’s history and architecture. The commentary via headphones was new to us but very good. Recommend this to everyone who wants to see an overview of the city.

Very helpful staff and interesting route

We were disappointed on this trip in Milan. Only told a few days before that Milan half marathon was running and no buses would be operating that day....I am sure you must have known a lib time before and it didn't give us time to reorganise our day. Also on the yellow line we had to move 3 times to find a working docking station and when we found one that worked my husband's didn't so had to share. Very disappointed 😞

Excellent!

The city descriptions and commentary are excellent, and even when different lines pass through the same area, the information provided varies to avoid repetition. The French is spoken clearly and fluently. The routes cover a large part of the city and all the tourist attractions worth visiting. For a quick first look at the city, this option is very well designed. Especially since there’s nothing stopping you from getting off the bus and getting back on later. Plus, the sliding-scale pricing based on the length of your ride is attractive. The drivers and hosts are also lovely and always ready to help tourists in need. I highly recommend the experience.

The buses stop running at around 6-7PM, which is too early, not enough time to enjoy the tours. Would recommend the service to be extended to 8-9PM.
