Gostei muito do passeio e do atendimento. No entanto, para o inverno, é praticamente impossível fazer o passeio no andar superior dos ônibus abertos.

Pocas frecuencias, esperas largas. Mucho frío sobre el bus abierto. Paradas no respetadas por los/as chóferes.

Wir haben einen guten Überblick über die Stadtteile erhalten. Jedoch sind wir auch viel im Stau gestanden, was einer Zeitverschwendung nahe gekommen ist. Die Informationen über die Kopfhörer waren nicht sehr interessant und die Busse sind in zu grossen Abständen gefahren; es war also nicht empfehlenswert, an einer Station auszusteigen, weil man dann zu lange warten musste auf den nächsten Bus.

Пользовались много, выходили и возвращались и не ждали долго следующего. Но , автобусы грязные , сиденья трясутся так что в наушниках не всегда слышно . Информация в наушниках и маршрут не всегда совпадают, на втором этаже в некоторых автобусах нет стёкл и было очень холодно ехать (дело было в декабре) . А так было все хорошо , город очень красивый.

We had a great and convenient time exploring the city through the 4 lines that the bus operates. It was raining on both days we used the 24 hour tickets - and hence we were bound to be inside the bus only. Highlight of the tour for us was the quick stop at the San Siro stadium where the bus driver gave us a few minutes to get off the bus, take some lovely pictures and board back. Staff (both driver and ground staff) were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend this tour to visitors.

I liked everything

End of tour for every bus ends early and in one stop we have been waiting for more than 40min waiting for the time of scheduled arrival and nothing arrived.

Unfortunately it rained the two days we were there, this obscured views (obviously unavoidable) and the windows steamed up regularly. The audio was less interesting with no view.
There are 4 bus routes but not all of them have regular buses and it was hard to sync up the times if you wanted to swap, and if you get off on some you are very limited with options to come back, particularly if you want to use multiple routes.

Easy to use the busy and to follow the times.
The audio portion of the tour was lacking. Many/most of the seats did not work. Would be better with an app to listen on your phone.

Everything was good but commentary was out of balance with the actual trip.
