Your culinary experience begins with a warm welcome from a professional pizzaiolo who introduces you to the rich heritage of Neapolitan pizza, sharing its traditions and the techniques that have been passed down through generations. You start with a brief theoretical lesson that helps you understand the origins of the dish, the importance of each ingredient, and the role of the wood-fired oven in achieving the perfect texture and flavor. This sets the stage for the hands-on portion of the experience, where you roll up your sleeves and begin preparing your own pizza from scratch. Guided step by step, you learn how to work the dough, balance toppings, and shape your pizza just like a true Neapolitan. The process is both fun and engaging, as the pizzaiolo offers tips and demonstrations that help you master each movement. Once your creation is ready, you slide it into the traditional wood-fired oven, watching as the flames transform your dough into a beautifully baked pizza with its signature golden crust and bubbling toppings.

 

After your pizza emerges perfectly cooked, you sit down to enjoy the delicious result of your work, accompanied by a drink of your choice—whether a refreshing glass of water, a soft drink, or a glass of wine to complement the flavors. One drink is included among water, a glass of wine, soft drink. The experience concludes on a relaxed and flavorful note, leaving you with new skills, a deeper appreciation of Italian culinary tradition, and the satisfaction of having crafted an authentic Neapolitan pizza with your own hands.
