Very friendly helpful staff - it was a very relaxing way to sightsee.
We so enjoyed the experience

Punctual with friendly staff and met my needs for a quick trip to Rome

We chose this company for their 72-hour option (which didn't seem to be available from others).

Once they arrive the buses are fine. Unfortunately on our first day, we had to wait 50 minutes in 36C heat at stop 5 where there is no afternoon shade (during this time another company had 5 buses arrive at the same stop). On day 2 we waited over 40 minutes at stop 6. When we asked a rep why such long waits, he shrugged his shoulders and replied 'traffic'.

The hop on hop off bus tour of Rome was disappointing. No stop at the colosseum and half an hour going around termini station!

It was almost perfect, the weather was ridiculously hot (no fault of the City Sightseeing) and the bus had some issues with the headphones. 🤔 the person working at Stop #1 was very friendly, helped us find a shady spot to wait for the bus (an italy two minutes, it was 10 minutes) 😆 and the bus driver and "ticket" receiver were very nice with our One Day ticket starting time (due to flight delays) and gave us lots of much needed information to make the most of our Hop on/Hop off City Sightseeing bus experience, including how not too melt on the unusually hot day.

Great value for the money

Great routes near the attractions and the idea To drive around in the summer with a closed roof was fantastic.

Kindness of the personnel

2 main stops were not available during our tour and this was not made aware on the website prior to booking, meaning we ended up walking more than we would have liked in 36 degree temps
