The busses were way too full so that we hab to wait 30 minutes before we could take a bus! Quiet annoying when you want to see the city... The information provided was very little. Most of the time only music was played. What a pity in such an impressive city loke Rome which has so many stories and information to tell! The route and stops was ok.

We purchased tickets for 3 days thinking that we will hop on and hop off as we sightsee. The company didn't tell us that there would be the Rome marathon on one of those days, so all the important stops would be inaccessible. That made one of the days useless. The audio was ok, but the explanations were quite short and you end up listening to music most of the time. I would recommend another company given the lack of communication and the quality of the bus and experience.

Not enough buses on Yellow route and some ear pieces didn’t work on board

We would have preferred more actual commentary than the weird circus music when we were driving around.

The route and frequency were great. There is a kids channel available as well which our son loved and learnt a lot from. Only downside were some seat headphone connections didn’t work.
