Very nice and helpful staff, in particular the host Carla, who helped my 83 years old mother to get in and out of the bus in a very lovely way. Perfect personality service. Highly recommended!

There are several tour operators that operate these buses in city, but this one goes above and above. Great tour, well-organized; you get a nice initial overview with useful explanations along the way.
