The tour was good you can easily get to all of the main tourist attractions, however, there were not enough buses as often they were too full and people had to wait until the next bus to come

The bus experience was brilliant. If helped us to see far more of the city than we could have managed on foot. We found the numerous people offering tickets and deals quite intimidating. We couldn’t be sure they were all genuine so chose to book online. Changing the online voucher for a ticket on the bus was very easy. Would definitely recommend, especially if you take the later bus and see the city after dark.

Wonderful. Our guide Fabritio was incredibly knowledgeable . We wouuld have been lost without his help . He was also friendly and a great communicator. I highly recommend this tour with Fabritio. His attention to detail and his ability to impart knowledge was incredible..

Good

In short, it was a good experience. However, I had problems because neither company recognized the combined voucher for Milan and Rome. In Milan, the receptionist complained that I did not have 2 printed copies. She also refused to issue the tickets for Rome, as stated in the instructions. In Rome, the receptionist did not recognize the voucher, but did not prevent boarding. On several buses, the translation audio was faulty.

Very efficient and good communication

Much trafic in Rome which made waiting up to 45 minutes at time.

The open top bus tour was excellent and worked well. One of our earphone connectors didn’t work though so we only had one audio commentary between two of us - one ear bud each. That was OK but it might be an idea to check them all out.
