First Departure Point: Gray Line I Love Rome Visitor's Centre, Termini Station (Piazza dei Cinquecento in the middle of the square). However, you can board the bus at any stop and voucher can be exchanged directly with the driver.
Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted at all stops.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Please note that the timeslot you select at booking corresponds to the start time of Vatican Museums guided tour, Which operates daily except Sundays at 08:30 AM, 10:45 AM and 02:00 PM.
Stop n.6 of the Hop On Hop Off is closest to the meeting point for the Vatican Museums guided tour.
