- Additionally, please arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes early. If your hotel or other lodging is not accommodated, you can go straight to the meeting spot at the Arch of Constantine; just watch for our pink "I love Rome" logo. The trip begins at least 15 minutes early.

- Tickets for the Colosseum are non-refundable once they are issued. Additionally, on the day of the tour, you must bring your passport.
- Kindly ensure you carry a valid ID. It is required for every participant joining this tour.
- Please be aware that large luggage, strollers, or backpacks are prohibited owing to security checks at the Colosseum.
- Important: You must present a certificate if you have a pacemaker; otherwise, you won't be allowed in without first undergoing screening.
- Pickup is offered from hotels that are centrally located.
- Hotel pickup can occur up to one hour before the start of the tour. Kindly arrive at your hotel lobby ten minutes before the scheduled time of pickup.
- You might encounter delays getting through security checks when you enter the venue because of the increased security procedures.
- There will be walking on medium-hard flooring in the archaeological area, so please bring comfortable shoes and come prepared for rain or sun.
- It is a small group tour maximum 10 guests in a group.

Traffic congestion and road closures - may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
