You can show your mobile or printed voucher to the representative who will pick yout from your hotel.

To ensure that you are picked up at the designated time, please let the operator know about your hotel stay 24 hours before the tour begins. The operator's details will be mentioned in your Booking Voucher. Or you may email us at support@sightseeingo.com.

Additionally, please arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes early. If your hotel or other lodging is not accommodated, you can go straight to the meeting spot at the Arch of Constantine; just watch for our pink "I love Rome" logo. The trip begins at least 15 minutes early.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Booking Special Note: First and last name must be provided in order to receive Colosseum tickets as of October 18, 2023. The ticket cannot be provided in the absence of this information. Please provide this information on support@sightseeingo.com, or inform directly to the operator, information given on the booking voucher.

Tickets for the Colosseum are non-refundable once they are issued. Additionally, on the day of the tour, you must bring your passport.

Please be aware that large luggage, strollers, or backpacks are prohibited owing to security checks at the Colosseum.

Important: You must present a certificate if you have a pacemaker; otherwise, you won't be allowed in without first undergoing screening.

Pickup is offered from hotels that are centrally located.

Hotel pickup can occur up to one hour before the start of the tour. Kindly arrive at your hotel lobby ten minutes before the scheduled time of pickup.

You might encounter delays getting through security checks when you enter the venue because of the increased security procedures.

There will be walking on medium-hard flooring in the archaeological area, so please bring comfortable shoes and come prepared for rain or sun.

Attention: It is mandatory that customer must provide the first and last names of all the guests as they appear on your ID, as well as a phone number (one per booking is sufficient). You may provided these details at support@sightseeingo.com after making the booking. Failure to do so may result in denied access.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
