Before your visit, you must redeem your voucher with the Touristation staff in front of the entrance at the Grand Canal Gondola. The staff will be in ‘Touristation’ uniform with an orange umbrella.
Join your guided walking tour at the Campo San Gallo, San Marco 1093/B, Venice Tours office (close to San Marco Square).
The tour will depart at the time you have booked.
