Good tour. Enjoyed

The address of the meeting spot was not communicated clearly anywhere (website, confirmation email, nothing). The bus was not air conditioned. The recorded tour information wasn't particularly interesting. I've had great experiences in other cities (Tokyo, Kyoto, London, etc.), so the Amsterdam experience was disappointing.

The bus was more at stop than at ride. There was almost no audio guide, only a few sentences and then quiet. Sitting on a bus without any information was boring. Why don't you include more fun facts? At least music would make it more enjoyable. I was very disappointed.

Very poor signage as to where we were supposed to get the bus. Also, it didn’t show the essence of Amsterdam. Experience a much more favorable experience on foot

Great way to learn about the city, the canal cruise is a must do

EXTREMELY difficult to locate stops in Amsterdam. The boat hop on hop off almost impossible. When we did finally find it the driver didn't see us standing on pier edge so he never came by...just turned around. We use hop on hop off systems all over and often but unfortunately we found Amsterdam to be confusing and costly. Your attendant working the dock at Central Station on Mon 6/1/26 was rude and honestly didn't care if we had ticket or not. With all that being said, it was nice to see city from boat since bus couldn't drive thru city streets (that is what we were told).

glad we could have a bus but it was over 30 mins late and the commentary was not very informative at all. If it wasnt for the driver announcing the stop for Anne Franks house we would never have known we went passed it.

Drive was bumpier than necessary, the driver clipped a few curbs. My least favorite hop on/hop off ( london, paris, were lovely)

Brilliant service, both the boat and bus
