Itinerary

Throughout the years the BODY WORLDS exhibitions in Amsterdam have done important changes and incarnations. This exhibition practically educates people to live a healthy life. It reinvents over and over to give the effects of sports, diet, etc to the anatomy of animals. Dr. Gunther Von Hagens invented the plastination process in the year 1977 at the University of Heidelberg.

Currently, the theme of the Amsterdam exhibition is The Happiness Project that lights on the effects of happiness on a human being. There are more than 200 plastinates that give a clear understanding of how happiness or life choices plays a significant role in our health.

Moreover,you can discover many secrets of the human body that you are not aware of. This is an excellent educational tour in which you can see the organ functioning and compare the affected organ and healthy one to know the impact of common diseases. See the impact of addictions such as alcohol consumption and tobacco.
