The audio was lacking. There was little information. Also the hours listed for the boat cruise were incorrect. We showed at a listed time in Porto and they closed. October stated it was open until 6:30 - It was bright and sunny - no weather issues

Access to the Hop on Hop off was good, however I was disappointed with being denied access to the bridge cruise even though the email from you stated that it was included.

Everything was ok but there seemed to be some differences between the website bus route map, the paper map and the actual route that the bus takes. There was a lot of dead air on the audio guide. Could be filled with more history of the city.

Overall great experience. All bus drivers, boat staff and wine tasting crew, exceptional. Man at main office near #12 stop was extremely RUDE AND UNHELPFULL in both assistance and or explanations on Thursday May 30th. Luckily all other staff made up for his disrespect
