Know Before You Go

Please note that a valid Driver's License and an extra form of ID (for example Passport) is mandatory to do the experience.
Everyone joining the tour is encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and clothing since there will be considerable cycling involved.
All participants must weigh 45Kg-118Kg (99.20 lbs-260 lbs) and be a minimum height of 1.5meters (4.9 feet).
Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Mandatory to sign a Term of Responsibility for children up to 13 years.
All participants must sign a waiver and release.
Safety is out top priority, all guests will be provided with helmets, and guides will conduct a safety briefing before the tour begins. Bikes are regularly maintained for optimal performance.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
