Duration: (Approx.) 5 Hours
Meeting Point: You will be picked up from your Hotel in AlUla, please be ready 30 minutes before the pick up time
Ending Point: Same as the start point.

You can show your mobile or printed voucher to the Driver or Guide who will come to pick you up from your Hotel in AlUla.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Ticket/ Voucher is valid to the travel date you choose.

We recommend that all travelers carry their passport or ID card on the day of travel.
Everyone joining the tour is encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and clothing since there will be considerable walking involved.
Please mention your Hotel name at the time of making the booking. 
In case you have not booked your hotel, do not worry, our customer care team will get in touch with you after making the booking to receive the details.
The service provider will pick you up from most of the major hotels. The pick up time can vary. The service provider will confirm the precise time by email one day before the tour date. 
The pick up is 30-60 minutes before the tour starts.
Supplement cost may be applicable for Hotel pickup from the airport.
The vehicle will wait for only 5 minutes for the guest at hotel, so that the other guests at the next Hotel pick up location do not get delayed.
Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles.
Photographing local ladies is not permitted. 
Schedules are likely to change in the Holy month of Ramadan.
We encourage you to give us your local contact details, so that the operator could reach to you to provide accurate information to the guests about the next day pick up.
Clients who has booked the tour less than 12h, will not be provided the PICK up from the Hotel. But they can join the tour from the departure point.
Disclaimer: Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may cause delays and changes to the route. We’ll do all we can to provide a smooth and frequent service! No refund will be offered for any changes or cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances.

• You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
• Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
• The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
• This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
