We felt that on the night tour, for the refreshment stop just to receive 2 small sticks of satay was not good.

Good experience. You get a good overview of Singapore . I do have to say that some of the ground staff were lovely and helpful and some didn’t let you ask questions.. they just assumed what we wanted to ask and tried to put on a bus when we wanted to go and get some lunch. Would be nice if they let us ask want we wanted rather than assume . I suppose they think everyone wants to do the same thing.

The audio can be difficult to hear in heavy traffic or near construction. The buses are not well timed to meet up so that you can move from one tour to the other.

Although the rain wasnt cooperative, It was still a great tour. Will definitely recommend. Thank you, we had a great time!

Easy to understand commentary and easy access to bus locations for hop on/off.

We did both the red and yellow routes, which were informative and well organised.

Unfortunately there were no information about cancellation of the last busses due to F1. The app was not very accessible and it was a gamble if I could see when the next bus would come to my station. Sometimes it said the bus would come in 10 min when it was already there and vice versa.
