Redemption Info
How does the Pass Work?
-Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with Voucher Details mentioned on it.
-Simply scan your barcode (which you receive on receipt of purchase) on arrival at each attraction.
-The Pass will get activated after the first usage of any attraction by scanning the barcode or QR-Code.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Pass Validity: The Barcelona Card Express is valid for untill December 2025 !

Please check the individual websites of all the attraction to know about the opening time.
Guests are advised to carry their ID card/Passport on their Travel day.
Attraction operating hours are subject to change. If you are traveling over a holiday period, check before your visit.
In order to benefit from the discounts, guests just need to show the Barcelona Card -duly validated with the start date to a member of the staff at the participating establishment. The discounts cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions.

- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
