In several buses the connectors for headphones were not working..therefore you couldnt listen the audio..so you can get out and wait for another bus just to find out that the same situation is also in your new bus..
air conditioning worked only in first half of the bus, in the back there was not breathable air

Bus was clean, well driven and no issues!

Very informative about everything to see in Barcelona. Bus schedule was great no wait time at any location. This made the hop on off bus very convenient for my perpose whilst enjoying Barcelona. Thank you to all your friendly staff onboard who were all willing to help with any questions or locations I had and needed to visit.

The tour bus is good, although it was a bit behind schedule and we seem to have missed one or two stops in the middle.
Nevertheless the commentaries are good and there is a choice of languages. We got to see most of the major landmarks in Barcelona. A good way to visit a city in short time.

The Hop-on Hop-off tour was excellent! The buses were clean and comfortable, and the audio guide/translation on the bus was outstanding and very informative. The boarding points were also very convenient and easy to find, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour!

Commentary was engaging and current, staff very friendly and helpful. Only improvement I would suggest is making the buses in Barcelona more identifiable: there are two operators in the city, and the buses aren’t marked with the ‘City Sightseeing’ branding

This was the ideal way to see Barcelona and hear about its history. We had a little trouble finding the specific bus stops and my sister felt that the commentary could be louder, but these were minor issues. The tour operators were friendly and helpful. The catamaran trip was relaxing and it was nice to be able to see a different view of Barcelona. Very enjoyable and good value for money ?
