Too much sitting around in the blazing sun on top and waiting and waiting ...and waiting some more

Such a good way to get around and see Barcelona. It was so easy for us because there is a bus stop very near to our hotel. We always use the Red Bus when we are on holiday 👍.

Headsets were great, good volume and interesting dialogue.

I tried the service in Rome Malaga en Barcelona. It was a good way to get to many points of interest in general. The buses were clean and on schedule. However, I will say that sometimes the air conditioning in the lower section was not very cool.

The tour was great overall, but I wish there had been more seats on the lower/covered level. It was very hot on the day we went and we were baking on the open/top level. Also they stopped announcing the stops on the way back - it would have been helpful if they had said the stop number each time to help us figure out where we were and where we wanted to get off. Otherwise it was a great way to see a lot of the city in a short time - we were only there for one day before a cruise, so the bus was a very efficient way to see a lot in the limited time we had. I also liked that they stopped for several minutes across the street from La Sagrada Familia so we had time to take lots of pictures.

No primeiro ônibus os aparelhos nao funcionavam e não nos avisaram, mas depois que trocamos de ônibus na outra parada, tudo está funcionando. Assentos confortáveis, a cobertura da parte de cima não esquentou. Dá tranquilamente para fazer o tour com crianças pequenas que podem ir sentadas (tem espaço para armazenar o carrinho). O roteiro é muito bom e as informações são muito interessantes. Muitos ônibus disponíveis. Faria novamente, com certeza!

With a lot of trees above the bus the sightseeing experience is low. This bus had long periods of waiting time at the stops, we used the same bus in Genua and those went more fluently. More than 10 minutes waiting at one stop is very long when you have a one day visit to Barcelona.

A great way to explore the city. Being able to hop on and off with a frequent service was great.

In several buses the connectors for headphones were not working..therefore you couldnt listen the audio..so you can get out and wait for another bus just to find out that the same situation is also in your new bus..
air conditioning worked only in first half of the bus, in the back there was not breathable air

The check-in staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Our guide was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions and comments, which led to additional information. The park itself is beautiful. Ho early tho, as the park gets very busy as the day progresses.

Excellent tour guide who explained a lot of the history of the cathedral, providing a lot of interesting facts. The check-in staff was efficient and friendly. The Cathedral itself is breathtaking.
