The tour was okay. The sound with the earbuds & player were awful. The sound ehen turned up to overcome the wind & AC noise war garbled and hard to understand, meaning that we missed many of the highlights where we could have jumped off. If you like to ride around the city and eait in traffic it’s s grest trip. If you want to learn of options to see or visit, skip it .

Timing of audio seemed a little late at times. The stop at Park Guell is still a long walk..... Not sure why they can't stop closer. Too much music versus more information about the city

The people who checked our tickets were polite and friendly. The driver navigated the streets safely. However, due to closed roads and extreme traffic, it took us over two hours to catch a bus in front of the Batllo House. There were long waits for buses along the route as well. It seemed that we could have walked faster to sights. Next time we are in Barcelona, we will concentrate on taking the subway/metro.

It is a great way to explore and see the City. The ear phones provided were great but after taking another Hop On Hop Off Bus the instructions as to how to operate the ear phones was complicated in comparison.

Comfortable buses. Good audio. Takes in wonderful sights of this lovely city.

Commentary was good but often not aligned with the feature it is describing. Better use of GPS to ensure commentary aligns with the feature being discussed would be a great benefit.
While I understand the need for safety if the open deck barriers could be smaller/less obstructive to the view it would be great

This was a good way to get a broad overview of Barcelona. We would have preferred to hear more about Barcelona sites and stories and less music.

Nice trip, but sometimes they are in a real hurry; this is the 5th time I've done a trip.
