Overall good experience. The Staff could be a little bit more friendly. The second bus was not well maintained and a little bit dirty compared to the other one.

The route reached many places of interest in Barcelona. The drivers are great, drive cautiously for a smooth ride. Jumping lines was easy. The ground crew were stationed at each stop and we\'re extremely helpful.

Great tour. The interactive map on the City Tours app is fantastic as it shows your location and where the nearest bus stop is. Tracking buses in real time allows you to estimate how long it will take to get from one place to another then plan times for guided tours. The downloadable pdf map was great too as it includes metro stops so you can connect the bus to metro lines to get all over the city. You definitely need to allow at least 2.5 hours to complete a full circuit on either the green or orange route, especially when the city is busy. Worth booking a 48-72hour pass if in the city for a few days.
