Good experience.

We got on at the Sagrada Familia last Thursday. One bus had gone and we were first in the queue. When the next bus came it was a free for all, people shoving to get on. Not a good experience as we are elderly. The staff were doing what they can but to no avail. I would not recommend getting on at this stop. So the next day we walked to another stop which wasnt busy.

The buses were comfortable and the staff friendly. The only issue was that quite a few of the audio guide devices were out of order or missing. The guide itself was great. The routes were very good also.

Bus is good if you have the time to spend travelling around a fixed route, but is very slow if you just want to get to a specific point due to the large circuitous routes

the commentary was not always in synchronisation with the position. also we were told about landmarks but not always told which way to look or given any identifying information. When th bus was waiting at stops it would be helpful to be told how long the wait would be in case passengers would like to get off.

Good level of information. Complete and interesting.

It took us to all the sights. Easy access, friendly staff and the time tables for the bus made it easy

The bus staff were helpful. The sights to see were great. Down side was our headphones didn’t work so we missed out on the narration

2 different routes cover the city well. We bought the 48 hour pass and it worked well. Was a bit challenging for some older family members to walk back to the stop from some sites.

We saw lots of Barcelona having 48 hour tickets however the commentary was disappointing. We weren’t sure where to look when buildings were described and there was limited time to take photos as frequently the bus didn’t slow down.
