You must show your vouchers (Mobile/ Printed) at the Julia Travel office, Estació del Nord, ground floor, platform 19. Carrer d'Alí Bei, 80
The reservation holder must present an identification document (ID, Passport, Driver's license) when exchanging their voucher for the ticket at Julia Office.
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Ticket is valid to the travel date you choose.

For the reasons mentioned, it may be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. All of the above does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or a change of its date.

Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
