- According to Ferrari Land opening hours for the 2025 – 2026 season, the access to the park will be from 16:30hrs. We recommend you to access from the opening time so you can enjoy the most of your time at the park.
- Ferrari Land's opening hours may be subject to change throughout the season.
- Some facilities may be out of service, suspended, or closed due to technical reasons, weather conditions, safety, or operational reasons. For the reasons mentioned, it may be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. All of the above does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or a change of its date.
- Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.

Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
