Children under age 6, unaccompanied children from 7 to 17, people with reduced mobility, those who suffer from vertigo or cardiovascular diseases are not allowed to go up the towers.
Sagrada Familia reserves the right to close the access to the towers due to weather conditions or other force majeure causes without prior notice as well reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked. No refunds will be provided.
Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.

Excellent tour guide who explained a lot of the history of the cathedral, providing a lot of interesting facts. The check-in staff was efficient and friendly. The Cathedral itself is breathtaking.
