The adventure begins as you join us on a leisurely drive along the highway to Calella de Palafrugell. This charming village, with its traditional fishing town ambiance, is a hidden gem that has preserved its authenticity. Nestled amidst small coves and surrounded by pine forests, Calella de Palafrugell offers a picturesque landscape that will captivate your senses. As you soak in the stunning views of the rocky coastline and explore the quaint coves, you will have the opportunity to relax and appreciate the beauty of this unique setting. The village holds a timeless charm that transports you to a bygone era, making it an ideal place to unwind and connect with nature.
At first, you will meet your guide to commence a scenic tour along the Camino de Ronda to Llafranc. This delightful hike, is suitable for all ages and unveils the historical significance of the Caminos de Ronda, once used for maritime smuggling control. Today, these routes offer access to otherwise inaccessible wonders, allowing you to explore hidden areas that hold secrets of the past. The journey continues to El Estartit, a renowned fishing town celebrated for its diving center and proximity to the Medes Islands. These islands boast a rich biodiversity, with over 1200 classified organisms inhabiting the surrounding waters. Take some free time to enjoy lunch or leisurely stroll through the town before boarding the Nautilus for a captivating 1.5-hour sailing experience.
Immerse yourself in the underwater world through the submerged cabins with large windows, offering a mesmerizing view of a vibrant seabed. The journey unfolds with glimpses of the Sierra de Montgrí's stunning cliffs, accessible only by boat, providing a unique perspective of Costa Brava's coastal wonders.
The next stop is Pals, a quaint inland town perched atop a hill. Steeped in medieval charm, Pals invites you to climb the cylindrical tower dating back to the 12th century, offering panoramic views of the Costa Brava.
